Hello guys,
Weekly report - 12/01/26
My knee feels a bit better, but I’m not rushing it. Focus this week was clean movement, striking fundamentals, and recovery.
Monday: – Light upper strength (push): moderate load, slow tempo – Shoulder stability + core – Striking: jab reps, relaxed rhythm – Minimal footwork, mostly upper-body movement – 13k steps
Tuesday: – Easy cardio: bike ~40 min – Striking: jab–cross mechanics, focus on balance – Defense drills: slips + guard, no sudden drops – 14k steps
Wednesday: – Light pull session: rows, bands, light posterior chain – Mobility (hips, ankles, knees) – Striking: hooks + body shots, short controlled rounds – 13k steps
Thursday: – Striking-focused day – Bag work: clean combos, no power chasing – Footwork: very light, mostly angle awareness – No grappling / no sparring – 14k steps
Friday: – Rehab-style lower body: glutes, hamstrings, isometrics – Striking: defense-only rounds, reaction without load – Extended stretching – 13k steps
Saturday: – Easy aerobic work: bike or incline walk ~35–45 min – Striking: flow rounds, timing over volume – Recovery work (stretch + light mobility) – 15k steps
Sunday: – Rest – Long walk + mobility – 11k steps
================================================================================ RANK 7: Rktbay ================================================================================ Average Rank: 6.46 Std Error: 0.08 Trials: 50
- Weight today is 187lbs
- 9489 steps weekly average
- cardio is back, 30mins after push and pull day
- All reps have mini pauses at start/end of ROM for rep standardization, joint health and data reliability
- LifeFitness machines (Anytime Fitness)
- Legs Push Pull rotation, weekly cycling of loads + rep ranges
- 2200 cals gym days, 2000cals rest day
- High carb low fat diet preference
- Priority is maximum consistent tension + elite rep execution (BB != PL)
- I feel hungry and my butt cushion is shrinking but we carry on
- Inspired from Coach Adam Omachy, I cycle repranges and weight loads
- M1 Heavy 4-8 rep range, once i reach 8 excellent reps, add weight, then go back to 4
- M2 Moderate 8-12 rep range, once i reach 12 excellent reps, add weight, then go back to 8
- M3 Moderate 12-20 rep range, once i reach 20 excellent reps, add weight, then go back to 12
- Periodization not required I think, but it keeps it fun, and i have been sticking with 4-8rep ranges, so 8-20 reps are a new challenge (cardio and metabolite burns)
- Reducing steps near leg day, to make sure performance doesnt get affected, after legday i try to shoot 10,000 steps daily
- Stomach acid issues improving
