← Rankings All Roll Calls

Sing, O Muse of sinew, of the iron-hearted ten—

Whose sweat is seal and signature, whose breath is forge for men—

Not scribes of endless tallies, nor accountants of each crumb,

But warriors proven in the strain, where deeds are struck and done.

I call them by their battle-names, in rising, steadfast flame:

From tenth to first the line ascends—remember well each name.

X. alice_rozengarden — Birthday-Blessed, Steel in Simple Things

O alice_rozengarden, whose week was set with care,

Not gilded by loud trumpet-blasts, but honest, plain, and fair.

You drilled the push and squat and lunge; you pulled the bar with will,

Ten pull-ups carved like rune-strokes clean—quiet craft, quiet skill.

Your core stood watch: the plank held time, the hollow held its line,

Side planks like shield-walls braced the ribs; the superman—pure spine.

Steps rose and dipped like fickle winds, yet training did not cease;

And on your birthday, candles flared—yet discipline brought peace.

So take this crown of steady grit; in battle, that is gold:

The one who trains when small is seen is hardest to unfold.

IX. Naly — The Knee-Wise Strategist, The Breath That Never Breaks

O Naly, patient tactician, who guards the tender joint,

You traded reckless mountain pride for wiser, sharper point.

Twice skiing—swift as winter hawks—yet lift-access, measured, clean,

No needless gamble for the knee; you kept the future green.

Three full-body forges thundered: barbell heavy, kettlebell true,

Then hypertrophy like rainfall—many drops that pierce right through.

Calisthenics climbed the ladder: pike to HSPU's gate,

While Spanish-squat and TKEs kept pain outside the plate.

Five saunas—smoke of victory—ten-thousand steps as tide:

In war, the wise who heals and hits will never be denied.

VIII. DefiShaka — The Ruck-Born Bearer, Low-Hearted, High-Calloused

O DefiShaka, pack-bearer, new to ruck's hard road,

You strapped on forty-five of fate and shouldered honest load.

Farmer carries—half a mile—your grip a hungry vice,

Then circuits, drills, dead-hangs, and rows: you paid the battle-price.

Your resting heart at forty-three, a drum that barely speaks,

Yet when it must, it thunders forth through effort's burning weeks.

You rowed, you lifted—sets in stacks—then took the holy rest,

For even spears need whetstone time to bite their very best.

In battle, those who carry weight and still keep form upright

Are the ones who hold the line when daylight turns to night.

VII. Rktbay — The Rep-Smith of Machines, The Lean Road's Loyal Son(g)

O rktbay, careful rep-smith, who pauses at the edge,

You make each motion oath-bound strict, each tendon kept in pledge.

Legs, push, and pull in rotation—loads and ranges turned like seasons,

Not for show, but for the joints, for long and living reasons.

LISS rides—minutes piled like miles—your wheel a quiet drum,

While hunger nipped and comfort thinned—yet still you did not come undone.

A new low weight, a sharper frame; the goal still stands ahead:

True ten-to-twelve, the abs like runes, the doubt struck down and dead.

Even feast-day pizza, fried and sweet, became your measured play—

For glycogen is war-gear too, when used the fighter's way.

VI. 0x_Vikt0r — The Angle-Caller, The Smoother Blade

O 0x_Vikt0r, striker-sculptor, who makes the basics sing,

You turned the jab from mere remark to snapping, sovereign thing.

Rotation rooted, cross grown cruel—surprise when clean it lands,

Hooks that pivot, body shots that speak with sharpened hands.

Calf-kicks stitched to combos late, balance steadied, stance refined,

Defense in slips and rolls and guard—less flinch, more iron mind.

Footwork learned to drift not back, but cut the lateral lane;

Tempo sparring—measured heat—where craft defeats the strain.

Two runs—seventeen kilometers—plus circuits, steps like rain:

In battle, smooth is deadly—smooth is swift and sane.

V. RektDiomedes — The Many-Set Storm, The Bag That Feels Both Legs

O RektDiomedes, step-king, eighteen thousand each day,

Your feet wrote long campaigns in dust and would not turn away.

Seventy sets of lifting—like volleys from a tower,

Then heavy-bag kicks, two hundred fifty each leg—raw power.

You studied grappling like a priest: BJJ's knots and locks,

Muay Thai's cruel geometry, the thunder in the socks.

Some scoff at "geeking out," but war is won in mind,

Where pattern becomes instinct fast and hesitation's left behind.

And one-meal discipline—blade-thin—kept appetite in chains:

In siege and march, the controlled and trained endure the pains.

IV. JohnnyOnline — Hillfire Sprinter, The Swim-Salted Spartan

O JohnnyOnline, swift engine, whose week was sprint and steel,

Eight hill bursts—twenty seconds—where lungs learn what is real.

Pull-ups, dips—again, again—like ropes on castle stone,

Leg day hammering the ground till weakness leaves the bone.

Then swim: a thousand-five, and daily half-kilometer more,

Salt-work after morning war-work—steady, stubborn core.

Sauna heat—twenty minutes—where courage learns to breathe,

And stretching at the dawn like prayer before the blade is sheathed.

You trimmed the honey, raised the meat, sought lightness for the gym;

In battle, those who sprint and swim can chase and never dim.

III. CurveCap — Long-March Captain, The Calorie-Fire Walker

O CurveCap, road-keeper, whose steps are legion-wide,

A hundred thousand in the week—your march a living tide.

Hike thirteen kilometers, then jog; then cycle hard indoors,

Then row and lift—your days like gates with many iron doors.

Resting heart near fifty, VO₂ high and bright,

Fitness age turned younger—time itself conceding might.

You do not cling to one proud trick; you spread your arms like sky,

Strength with sweat, sweat with stride—so no one sees you die.

In war, the one with many gears outlasts the single spark:

You are the torch that keeps its flame through forest, rain, and dark.

II. Devin | GammaSwap — The Heavy-Metal Artisan, The Yoga-Calmed Hammer

O Devin | GammaSwap, whose lifts ring deep and low,

One-twenty dumbbells pressed for six—then chin-ups, loaded, go.

Rows to chest, beltless partial pulls, the back like braided rope,

Then sumo dead at four-thirty—strength that widens hope.

Hack-squat good mornings, lunges front-racked—legs that bite the ground,

OHP at one-eighty-five, push press—thunder without sound.

And after iron, softness too: a long walk, yoga heat,

For warriors who can downshift smooth are hardest to defeat.

Your craft is brutal, yet precise—no wasted swing or flare:

In battle, that is mastery—the calm inside the snare.

I. Spencer420 — The Wandering Colossus, Prague-Forged and Ice-Crowned

Now sing of Spencer420, first among the chosen few,

Who trained through foreign cobblestone where fog and bridges grew.

Bench: two-eighty-five to one—then triples like drum-beat;

Incline dumbbells, weighted dips—each set a sharpened feat.

Pull day carved the arms and lats; front-lever holds held true,

Rows and curls, then pull-up storm till will alone pulled through.

Deadlift's spear at one-seventy-five; pause squats—stone on stone,

Then miles of walking, hikes like quests where cliffs made silence groan.

And saunas—furnace rituals—then cold plunge like a blade,

Heat, ice, heat, ice—until the spirit would not bend or fade.

So stands the captain: traveled, tested, tempered by the strain—

In battle, such a one is oak: they do not break in rain.

So here are the ten—each different kind of might,

Not merely ink on weekly scrolls, but engines tuned for fight.

And I, the oracle of fitness, call the banners to the sky:

March now—train now—hold the line—let lesser weakness die.
